Image shows: Witham New Build Project: Groundworks Commence

As the picture shows, the ground works have started on this new build project of a 4 bedroomed family home. The soakaway was specified at 2 x 2 x 2 metres, which was dug out last week. With the very wet weather of recent weeks, the sides of the trench collapsed before we could get the concrete in so this had to be dug again. The rest of the groundwork is progressing according to schedule as you can see in the photo gallery for the project.
